Welcome to Kim's VON Hike for Hospice Page

HI Everyone!
Its that time of year for Hike for Hospice, Sakura House, and once again I will be participating, although due to COVID-19 it will be held virtually.
I would ask anyoe who is able, to please support me in reaching my goal of $600. I know at this time fundraising is the last thing on anyones minds, but it is more important now than ever before to open your hearts and be generous. Many organizations are suffering due to events being cancelled, or happening virtually, and the loss of the donations has been significant. Help Hike for Hospice be an event that is an exception not the rule.
Our teams hope is that we will al be able to walk together on Saturday September 19, on one of the trails in Oxford County, practicing social distance.
Every contribution to VON Oxford Sakura House has a direct impact on our patients and families. Donations from caring people like you make it possible for us to offer the best end-of-life care to patients and support families during this difficult time, at no cost. You can help make a family’s life a little easier with your gift. Every donation helps. Thank you for investing in such meaningful work.
Thank you!

About VON Oxford Sakura House
Our 10-bed residential hospice provides compassionate end-of-life care at no cost to patients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. VON Sakura House provides a skilled team of nurses, personal support workers, physicians and specially trained volunteers who help more than 170 patients and their families each year. Hospice care is covered only partially by government funding so we need to raise the rest to cover the gap. That is why your donation is so important.
