About the Event

Our Hike for Hospice has been a community supported event in Oxford County for 20 years! We host the event at Roth Park in Woodstock, but for those who would prefer, there is also the option to participate virtually, or at your location of choice.

This family-friendly event is a wonderful opportunity to come together to raise money, connect families, friends and supporters to celebrate and honor the lives of loved ones and raise awareness for local hospice palliative care services.

This event raises essential operating funds for VON Oxford Sakura House, Oxford County's only hospice. Will you help us?

You can hike has an individual or form a team. Hikers register for free and get a t-shirt and access to their own fundraising page, where you can start asking family members, friends and co-workers to sponsor you.

Why Hike? By participating in the Hike for Hospice, you will make a difference in the lives of families in Oxford County. All funds raised at the Hike will go directly to Sakura House! Thanks in part to your support, VON Sakura House can offer 24-hour care and support at no cost to patients.
