Team Cocomo Jo - Hike for Hospice
Hike for Hospice benefiting VON Oxford Sakura House is an annual hike that brings families, friends, staff, volunteers, sponsors and community members together to raise funds for Oxford County’s only residential hospice.
I am hiking in honour of Jolene to ensure that the wonderful care she received at Sakura House remains available for the patients and their families who use these services each year. I hope you will join me. Help me reach my goal to help more patients and families at VON Oxford Sakura House. I appreciate any donation you make. Just click the support button to help me reach my goal.
Every contribution to VON Oxford Sakura House has a direct impact on our patients and families. Donations from caring people like you make it possible for us to offer the best end-of-life care to patients and support families during this difficult time, at no cost. You can help make a family’s life a little easier with your gift. Every donation helps. Thank you for investing in such meaningful work.

About VON Oxford Sakura House
Our 10-bed residential hospice provides compassionate end-of-life care at no cost to patients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. VON Sakura House provides a skilled team of nurses, personal support workers, physicians and specially trained volunteers who help more than 170 patients and their families each year. Hospice care is covered only partially by government funding so we need to raise the rest to cover the gap. That is why your donation is so important.
